This is a 1.5" width Martingale Collar. It will fit a dogs neck as small as 13" and as large 25". This collar is constructed with heavy duty polypropylene webbing, stainless steel welded hardware, and pre-shrunk cotton fabric. This dog collar is handmade and one of a kind.
